Diaper Emblem

"Diaper Emblem" is going to be a Fire Emblem fanzine. It will allow all series, including all main games as well as Fire Emblem Heroes. However, there will be a common theme that ties this broad subject together: a focus on ABDL ("adult baby, diaper lover")

Why an ABDL zine?

ABDL is a niche subgenre that seems to have a good amount of traction and appeal in the Fire Emblem fandom-- at least, enough to result in lots of lovely art and fiction! There's enough of it that I'd love to see a zine of it. In fact, a zine of it is something I've wanted for a while, and I eventually thought, "If there isn't already one, I might as well make one!"

What will the project look like?

As the organizer of this project, it is my goal to create a positive, safe environment for creators to express themselves-- whether they're seasoned diaper artists, or are just dipping their feet into a new genre that they're curious about!For the end result, I'd love to see a compilation of original works that were created just for this project; be it in a physical, tangible booklet, and/or a digital format, such as a PDF.This project will be fleshed out more upon the completion of the interest check. The interest check will provide guidelines on what the community wants, and the zine will be structured based on that.

Timeline

This schedule is tentative and subject to change, with dates that are further out being set in stone as the project develops.Interest Check - March 4th until April 12th

Mod Applications - April 16th until April 31st
Mod Results - TBA. Announcement will be within 1 week of Mod Applications Closing
Contributor Applications - TBA. Date will be within 1 week of mods being chosen. Contributor applications will likely open 2nd week of May, and close 1st week of June.
Contributor Results - TBA. Announcement will be within 10 days of contributor applications closing.
Pitches due - Within 2 weeks of final acceptance
First Contributor Check-In - 1 month following pitch deadline
Second Contributor Check-In - 1 month following first check-in
Final Submissions Due - No later than 6 weeks following second check-in
Zine Formatting & Editing Period - 6-12 weeks, depending on size of the zine (scale of the project will be determined through the interest check.) A check-in will occur mid-way through the period.Pre-order/Release Dates TBA.
